One of the advantages of manufactured homes is their affordability compared to traditional stick-built houses. Since they are mass-produced in a controlled environment, manufacturers are able to keep costs low and pass on the savings to buyers. Additionally, manufactured homes can often be placed on leased land or in mobile home parks, allowing people to own a home without the expense of purchasing property.
